The Role

Kickstart your property maintenance career and make a real difference! Join us as a Maintenance Operative and help improve the lives of people using P3 Charity’s services by keeping their homes safe, comfortable and well‑maintained. Working across Gloucestershire, you’ll gain hands‑on experience and develop your skills in a supportive, community‑focused environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Carry out weekly maintenance checks across our properties.
  • Handle general repairs to buildings, fixtures and fittings, both inside and out.
  • Take on tasks such as painting and decorating, basic electrical and plumbing work and minor DIY and refurbishment tasks.
  • Ensure our properties remain safe, functional and welcoming for all residents.
  • Work closely with a variety of people, showing initiative and a proactive approach.
