We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 5 / Year 6 Primary Teacher to join a welcoming school on the outskirts of Stafford on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to teach a mixed Year 5 / Year 6 class within a supportive and collaborative school environment. The school has been rated "Good" by Ofsted and is well-regarded for its strong leadership, inclusive ethos and commitment to both pupil progress and staff development.

You will be joining a friendly and experienced team who work closely together to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

The Role includes:

  • Full teaching responsibilities for a mixed Year 5 / Year 6 class.
  • Planning, delivering and assessing engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment for all learners.
  • Working collaboratively alongside colleagues, support staff and leadership in order to provide the most enriching and fulfilling classroom environment.
  • Providing support to Year 6 pupils during the SATs period, working collaboratively with a dedicated and supportive staff team.
