The successful Year 4 teacher will need to:

  • Be a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a PGCE or a Bachelor of Education. Early Careers Teacher (ECT) will also be considered
  • Have the ability and experience of teaching in Year 4/KS2 with good knowledge
  • Have strong classroom management skills
  • Be able to deal with challenging behaviour and use creative approach
  • Be able to use your own initiative and work as part of a team

Academics Ltd are currently working with a Primary school in the London Borough of Hillingdon who are looking for a Year 4 Teacher to join their team.

The Year 4 teacher would ideally have previous experience as a full-time class teacher. However, they are open to considering ECT's and have a leadership team who can provide excellent coaching and mentoring support.
