Year 1 Teacher Responsibilities:

1. Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a PGCE or equivalent
2. Have a strong understanding of the Year 1 curriculum and early phonics development
3. Be confident in managing the classroom and adapting to different learning styles
4. Bring creativity, energy, and patience to the classroom
5. Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
6. Be committed to inclusive teaching and continuous professional development
