This 3 Form Entry Primary School is located in the centre of Redbridge, London and is led by a passionate and established Headteacher who works hard to provide a fun and safe learning environment. This is a primary school that has low turnover and teachers are encouraged to develop internally. The Headteacher is looking for a Year 1 teacher who is looking to further their skills and grow into middle/senior management. This is a school that looks to promote internally but for the right candidate TLRs will be offered from September.
At this Primary School, you will be offered a tailored development plan and career path and you will be offered frequent training and CPD sessions to help you grow as a teacher. You will be very supported from both staff and senior leaders at this school. Together with your partner teacher and phase leader, you will be required to plan, prepare and deliver engaging and creative lessons for your Year 1 class. The children at this primary school are polite and eager to learn. You will have access to great facilities and resources to be able to teach inspiring lessons.
