Teaching Assistant Role Requirements:

  • A real desire to help children engage, learn and achieve their full potential
  • Promote a positive 'can do' classroom, encouraging independence, confidence and self-belief
  • Adaptable, approachable, proactive and reliable
  • Previous UK experience of working (paid or voluntary) with children (teaching, TA, tutoring, coaching, childcare etc) or a relevant qualification is beneficial. However, we are happy to discuss your individual aspirations
  • Completion of our free registration and safeguarding process, including ID, DBS and referencing checks
