About the role
As a Teacher of Art and Design (with QTS or QTLS status), you will engage, inspire and challenge local young people, awakening their creativity and developing their self‑expression.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver creative lessons that champion the importance of art and design within the curriculum
- Motivate pupils and foster a positive learning environment
- Manage behaviour effectively to support a productive classroom
- Adapt teaching to suit a variety of school contexts across Worcestershire
Qualifications
- Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS) status
- Experience or willingness to work as an Early Career Teacher (ECT) with induction support available
