As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you'll work closely with class teachers and the SEN team to provide tailored support that helps pupils reach their full potential - both academically and personally.

  • Support positive behaviour and engagement in the classroom
  • Help pupils understand and follow lesson instructions
  • Provide 1:1 or small group support within lessons or the Learning Support department
  • Monitor and record pupil progress and development
