EHCP Assistant - Wokingham

A specialist SEN school in Wokingham is seeking a dedicated and compassionate EHCP Assistant to join their team.

This role is ideal for aspiring Educational Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, Therapists, or Teachers.

As an EHCP Assistant, you will

  • Provide 1:1 and small-group support tailored to students' individual EHCP outcomes and needs.
  • Help students develop confidence, independence, communication, and active participation in learning.
  • Support the implementation of individual learning, behaviour, and wellbeing strategies.
  • Work closely with teachers and support staff to promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
  • Observe and monitor students' progress, wellbeing, engagement, and development.
