We are seeking a caring, resilient, and proactive Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive secondary school in Witham. This role involves supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and additional learning needs, helping them to access education, build confidence and achieve positive outcomes both academically and personally.
