We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic English Graduate to join our school as a Teaching Assistant, supporting students within the classroom environment. This role is ideal for a recent graduate considering a future career in teaching, education, or educational psychology.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to help students access the curriculum, build confidence in mathematics, and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Supporting students during maths lessons, both one-to-one and in small groups
- Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
- Helping students understand mathematical concepts and complete set work
- Providing additional support to pupils with special educational needs (SEN) or learning difficulties
