SEND Learning Support Assistant's are crucial to the emotional and intellectual development of children, offering 1:1 support that is tailored to their specific additional needs.
You will be responsible for assisting with a child's emotional and social requirements.

What We Are Looking For
The ideal SEND Learning Support Assistant will
Have previous experience in a classroom setting, particularly working with children with additional needs.
Prior experience in a 1:1 role.
Have a warm, empathetic and compassionate approach to children with SEND Be resilient and adaptable, with the ability to change their approach to accommodate a child's individual needs.
Be based in the Widnes area or have reliable transport routes.
