The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Has experience teaching within an Early Years setting or demonstrates a strong understanding of EYFS principles and practice.
  • Brings energy, creativity and enthusiasm to the classroom every day.
  • Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to delivering high standards of teaching and learning.
  • Creates a safe, supportive and engaging learning environment for all pupils.
  • Is keen to contribute to the ongoing success and development of the school.
