We are a specialist education recruitment agency working with a range of secondary schools across Hertfordshire seeking ambitious and motivated Early Career Teacher (ECT) teachers for September starts. We partner with supportive schools that offer structured ECT induction programmes, strong mentoring, and clear opportunities for career progression.
As an ECT Teacher, you will join a secondary school where you can develop your classroom practice, gain valuable experience, and build confidence in your subject specialism. Opportunities are available across a range of subjects including English, Maths, Science, Humanities, and MFL.
