I am working with a wonderful secondary school based in Welwyn Garden City who require a full-time Teacher of Computing starting September 2026. This outstanding school looks to provide inspiring teaching to allow pupils to reach their potential. They put an emphasis on CPD.
You will be joining a great faculty department and a school that has a great reputation for developing their students to achieve high grades, but also develop many life skills that will help in life outside of school.
About you:
- Qualified teacher status
- Able to teach Secondary Computing
- Fresh and exciting teaching techniques
- Passionate about supporting students' learning to ensure a positive future and instil a love of learning
- Teach KS3, KS4 and A-level
Duties:
- Develop, plan and deliver effective and high-quality learning experiences to all students.
- Be an aspirational professional who is enthusiastic, influential and committed to working in pursuit of success for the academy and its learners.
- Set high expectations for all pupils, deepen their knowledge and understanding, and maximise their achievement.
- Take on Form tutor responsibility.
