KS3 SENCO - Watford
Full-time Permanent ASAP Start
Academics are working with a secondary school in Watford seeking an experienced and passionate KS3 SENCO to lead and develop SEND provision across Years 7-9.
The Role:
- Coordinate and monitor SEND provision across KS3.
- Oversee EHCPs, reviews and targeted interventions.
- Work closely with teachers, parents and external professionals.
- Promote inclusive teaching and support student progress.
- Lead and support learning support staff.
The Ideal Candidate:
- QTS with experience supporting students with SEND.
- NASENCO/NPQ SENCO or willingness to work towards it, where applicable.
- Strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and EHCP processes.
- Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills.
