Previous Early Years experience Nursery, Reception or pre-school experience Knowledge of the EYFS framework A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification, desirable Strong communication skills A caring and professional approach Good safeguarding awareness Confidence supporting learning through playExperience supporting children with SEND would also be highly valued.
