Academics are currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support to a child with SEND within a primary school in the Warrington area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced TA or education professional who can build positive relationships, adapt their approach and provide consistent, individualised support to help a child thrive in the classroom. The Role As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher and wider school team to support the child's learning, development and engagement. You will need to be confident adapting activities and your approach to suit the individual needs of the child, while creating a calm, positive and supportive learning environment.
