Are you based in the Warrington area and looking to utilise your experience in working with SEN children in a 1:1 Classroom Support role?

If you have a background in supporting children and young adults with special needs and have a passion for assisting with learning and development, this is the role for you!

Academics are looking for a confident and highly experienced 1:1 Classroom Support for specialist SEN schools across Warrington.

There is a range of roles available in multiple different specialist schools across Warrington, varying from daily, short-term and long-term positions.

We are seeking someone who has experience in a classroom setting and has worked in 1:1 roles with vulnerable children before.

The Role

Providing 1:1 support for children with special needs.

Building strong, trusting relationships with students.

Creating a safe and positive environment for students to thrive.

Encouraging positive behaviour and assisting with emotional regulation.

About You

Ability to adapt to the different needs of children, Knowledge and experience with vulnerable individuals with ASD, moderate to severe learning difficulties and other disabilities.

Prior experience in a classroom setting, particularly with SEN schools.

A previous role as a 1:1 Classroom Support would be advantageous.

If you are dedicated to providing vulnerable children the best education to assist with their learning and developmet, and you have experience as a Teaching Assistant or 1:1 Classroom Support, we would love to hear from you.

Salary will be determined by the successful candidate's qualifications and relevant experience, and will be in accordance with the client's pay policy
