As an SEN TA, you'll play a key role in helping pupils overcome barriers to learning, develop their confidence and make meaningful progress. You may provide one-to-one or small-group support to children with additional needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and challenging behaviour.

Do you have the right experience?
The ideal SEN TA will have previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Early Years Practitioner or within an SEN environment.
Experience supporting pupils across KS1 or KS2 would be beneficial, but we're also keen to hear from candidates looking to gain experience and build a long-term career in education.
You'll need to be available Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm, with both full-time and part-time positions available.
