What You'll Be Doing
- Teach across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 depending on your experience
- Deliver lessons using the school's existing planning
- Maintain a calm, positive and productive classroom
- Manage behaviour confidently and consistently
- Build rapport with pupils quickly
- Follow school routines, policies and safeguarding procedures
- Work effectively alongside support staff and the wider school team
What You Need
- QTS is mandatory.
- Experience teaching in a UK primary school
- Strong classroom management skills
- A flexible and adaptable approach
- Excellent communication and reliability
- The confidence to work across different schools and year groups
- A commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
- ECTs with QTS are encouraged to apply, as are experienced teachers.
