This role will see you taking over a very well run KS1 class from a teacher who is being promoted into a senior role within the school this September. The post will start a temporary contract, with a view to becoming permanent during Spring or Summer term. The school is a small, very friendly one form entry school that is part of a wider group of federated school that offer an excellent training and CPD training. You will planning on a weekly basis with your Key Stage 1 teaching partner, who is an experienced teacher who enjoys sharing best practice. The senior leadership team are on hand to help the successful teacher settle into their new role and you will be assigned a mentor to ensure that you are fully supported throughout your career at the school. The role would suit a Key Stage 1 class teacher who loves teaching in year 1 or 2 and would welcome the opportunity to work with an enthusiastic teaching team who enjoy working together and providing the best possible education for their children.
