Location: Walton-on-Thames
Start Date: September 2026
Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)
Pay: Β£92-Β£105 per day (dependent on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality 1:1 support for pupils with Special Educational Needs, helping them access learning both inside and outside the classroom.
- Deliver targeted small-group interventions focused on literacy, numeracy, communication, and social development.
- Support children with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, SEMH needs, and moderate learning difficulties.
- Foster positive relationships with pupils, helping them develop socially, emotionally, and academically.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have previous experience supporting children with SEN within a primary school, specialist provision, nursery, or similar educational setting.
- Have knowledge of supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, or other additional learning needs.
- Demonstrate patience, empathy, resilience, and excellent communication skills.
