Are you a recent graduate with a history of tutoring or mentoring, and hold a desire to gain first-hand school based teaching experience for students across KS3 & KS4? Academics are working with superb secondary schools in and around the Wirral area who are eager to find outstanding Graduate Lesson Mentors able to conduct pre-planned lessons across secondary subjects.
In this role, the successful candidate would be working day-to-day at different secondary schools around the Warrington area, educating classes of KS3 & KS4 students across a variety of subjects.
Graduate Lesson Mentor – Role Information- Conducting pre-planned lessons for KS3 & KS4 students
- Working across secondary subjects including English, Maths, Science and Humanities
- Creating an engaging and supportive classroom atmosphere
- Building rapport with students in multiple school settings
- Day-to-day supply role – working across multiple secondary schools each week
- Working hours: 8.30am to 3.00pm
- Paid £110 to £115 per day during term time only
- Minimum 2:2 UK-based degree
- Prior experience tutoring, mentoring or working with young people
- Naturally outgoing and supportive individual
- Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport with students
