The Role

We are working in partnership with a welcoming primary school setting to recruit a dedicated Early Years Teacher. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate professional to support children's early development in a nurturing and engaging environment. As an Early Years Teacher you will be responsible for delivering high-quality early years education in line with the EYFS framework, creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning space where every child can thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver creative, play-based learning activities in line with EYFS
  • Support children's social, emotional and academic development
  • Carry out observations, assessments and record progress
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
  • Follow safeguarding and setting policies at all times

The Ideal Candidate

  • Hold EYTS or QTS with EYFS experience
  • Has a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum
  • Is enthusiastic, patient and child-centred
  • Can work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
