We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (SEN) to join our Inclusion Team. You will support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), working one-to-one and in small groups to help them access learning, build confidence, and achieve their potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support students with SEND in lessons and around the school.
  • Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to deliver targeted support.
  • Encourage positive behaviour, independence, and engagement.
  • Monitor student progress and contribute to review meetings.
  • Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience working with children or young people (school experience desirable).
  • Patient, reliable, and committed to supporting students with SEND.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
