Responsibilities
- Supervising students and ensuring they complete pre-planned tasks.
- Managing classroom behaviour and fostering a positive learning environment.
- Assisting pupils with questions and providing guidance.
- Adhering to the school's behaviour and safeguarding policies.
- Collecting and handing in completed work to the Head of Department.
- Offering feedback on lessons and student engagement.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in a subject such as Chemistry, PE, Business Studies, Computer Science, or other.
- Strong communication skills, confidence, and adaptability.
- Genuine enthusiasm for working with young people and supporting their educational journey.
