Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver tailored, engaging lessons to meet the diverse needs of children within the ARP
- Create a nurturing and structured environment that supports pupils with additional needs
- Help shape and develop the provision as it grows, contributing to its long-term vision
- Assess, track and support pupil progress in line with EHCP outcomes
- Work closely with support staff, therapists, and families to ensure each child reaches their potential
- Collaborate with the mainstream school to promote inclusion where appropriate
