Key Responsibilities- Supporting positive behaviour and learning in the classroom
- Helping pupils understand and follow the teacher’s instructions
- Working 1:1 with students or in small groups, either in the classroom or within the Learning Support department
- Monitoring and recording pupils’ progress and development
