Responsibilities
- Support children with complex Autism and Learning Disabilities in a specialist school environment.
- Work alongside therapists and psychologists on-site; be mentored and have the opportunity to shadow sessions.
- Engage in activities outside of traditional lessons as part of a therapeutic approach.
- Be proactive, adaptable, and use your own initiative to support vulnerable learners.
Qualifications / Experience
- Experience working with children or adults with Special Needs would be beneficial.
- Passionate, caring, empathetic, and engaging; committed to supporting learners with Special Needs and Mental Health issues.
- Aspiring educational or occupational psychologist, therapeutic support worker, or SEN teacher would find this role valuable.
