Academics are currently supporting a specialist SEMH provision in Milton Keynes that is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team on a temporary basis starting as soon as possible.
As a Teaching Assistant, you\’ll play a vital role in supporting pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs, helping them to develop confidence, build positive relationships, and re‑engage with learning. You will work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to deliver tailored support, manage behaviour effectively, and create a safe and nurturing environment for every learner.
Key Responsibilities
- Support students with SEMH and associated learning needs in both 1:1 and small group settings.
