Daily Rate: £88.94 (increases dependent on experience, qualifications, and client rate)
This temporary position is set to begin in September and will involve working closely within a Key Stage 2 classroom, providing tailored support to pupils with a high level of Additional Learning Needs (ALN).
Role Overview:
- Provide in-class and small group support to pupils with varying levels of ALN.
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCo to adapt resources and activities to individual pupil needs.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages independence and academic progress.
- Assist with classroom management and promote positive behaviour strategies.
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS (registered on the Update Service)
- EWC registration (Education Workforce Council)
- Relevant experience working with children, particularly those with ALN
- Desirable: Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification
