We are looking for a compassionate and committed 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to join welcoming primary and secondary schools across Swindon.
In this role, you'll be the vital link helping pupils overcome barriers to learning - empowering them to grow in confidence, thrive socially, and achieve their goals.
- Providing tailored 1:1 support that meets the individual needs of pupils.
- Encouraging pupils to actively take part in lessons and wider school life.
- Implementing targeted strategies to help pupils make measurable progress.
- Building strong, positive and trusting relationships with pupils.
Experience working with children or young people.
Previous experience supporting pupils with SEN.
An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
