Responsibilities:- Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
- Help students overcome emotional, behavioural and learning barriers.
- Apply psychological theory and behaviour strategies in the classroom.
- Create a safe, engaging and positive learning environment.
- Work alongside Teachers, Therapists and SEN professionals.
