Role Overview
Position: Learning Support Assistant (LSA), Teaching Assistant (TA), or Cover Supervisor
Location: Guildford
Salary: £90 to £120 per day

Your Role

Pathway to Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
This role offers a structured route into teaching. After gaining experience, you’ll have the opportunity to transition into a School-Centered Initial Teacher Training (SCITT) program, working toward Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) while continuing your role in school.
