We are recruiting for a Nursery Manager on behalf of a well-established, privately owned nursery in the heart of Staines. This is a permanent, full-time role, offering an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team and ensure the highest standards of care and education for children aged 0-5 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with Ofsted and EYFS standards.
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of early years practitioners, ensuring staff development and high morale.
- Build strong relationships with parents, children, and staff to create a nurturing and safe environment.
- Manage budgets, resources, and administrative tasks effectively.
- Implement and maintain policies, procedures, and safeguarding practices.
- Foster a creative and stimulating learning environment that encourages children’s development.
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent).
