We are recruiting for a Nursery Manager on behalf of a well-established, privately owned nursery in the heart of Staines. This is a permanent, full-time role, offering an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team and ensure the highest standards of care and education for children aged 0-5 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with Ofsted and EYFS standards.
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of early years practitioners, ensuring staff development and high morale.
