If you are looking for an HLTA role from June 2025 in Camberley then this could be the role for you. This role will include leading classes and developing children's skills in their learning. A HLTA will be expected to teach and cover classes in teacher’s absences using their planning to continue students' learning without disruption.

You will be expected to have strong behaviour management within the classroom as well as adaptable skills to support a range of students. Within this role, you may be asked to carry out intervention tasks to support students lacking confidence as well as assisting students who need additional support with their learning. You will be supporting pupils across the school and working outside the classroom in extracurricular activities. Your skills and experience will be put to the test by supporting the learning and development of each pupil dedicated to you, ensuring they are encouraged, supported and managed in an effective manner to meet their needs.
