This dynamic and high-achieving secondary school in Addlestone, Surrey is looking for a passionate and dedicated Head of Year to join our pastoral leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious teacher to take on a key pastoral role, supporting students' academic progress, personal development, and well-being.
The Role
As Head of Year, you will be responsible for the pastoral care, behaviour management, and academic progress of a specific year group. You will work closely with staff, students, and parents to create a positive and supportive learning environment, ensuring that every student reaches their full potential. This position is open to teachers of any subject specialism, who are committed to making a difference in young people’s lives.
Key Responsibilities:
