SEN Specialist Teacher Academics are recruiting a passionate and dedicated SEN Specialist Teacher on behalf of an Alternative Provision setting in Stroud, Gloucestershire.

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Specialist Teacher (QTS) who is passionate about supporting children and young people with special educational.
You will provide high quality, personalised teaching in a nurturing and inclusive enviroment, adapting your approach to meet the individual needs of each learner.

- 3:30pm) - Start: ASAP Contract: Term Time only Key Responsibilities of a SEN Specialist
Teacher: Creating a safe and encouraging environment to help learners thrive.
Plan and deliver engaging lessons for SEN learners.
Adapt teaching methods and resources to meet learners needs.
Support with monitoring achievements and helping learners feel supported to reach their full potential.
Ensuring safeguarding policies are followed at all times.
Set appropriate learning goals and targets.
Promote independence, confidence, communication and social development.
Maintain accurate records and provide regular feedback on pupil progress.

A genuine passion for helping children with SEN succeed.
Experience working within a teaching role (SEN or non) QTS status.
