In this role, you'll work closely with the class teacher to support day-to-day classroom activities, helping pupils remain engaged, confident, and motivated in their learning. A key aspect of the position will involve providing targeted support for children with Special Educational Needs, both on a one-to-one basis and in small groups, ensuring all pupils can access the curriculum and reach their potential.
