A thriving, reputable primary school is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Year 3 Primary Teacher to join their welcoming team on a long-term basis from September 2026 through to May 2027. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive, warm and welcoming school environment that values high-quality teaching, positive relationships and engaging, enriching learning experiences for all children.

  • Full time Year 3 Primary Teacher responsibilities.
  • Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum.
  • Planning and marking responsibilities; in line with the schools' policies.
  • To attend two parents' evenings; creating and fostering strong relationships with parents and pupils.
  • No after school clubs will be required.
  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Have had experience teaching within the KS2 age range (ECT's are welcome).
  • Passionate about creating an inclusive and nurturing classroom culture that supports the academic, social and emotional development of every child.
  • Confident in adapting teaching to meet the needs of pupils with varying abilities.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, building positive relationships with colleagues, support staff, parents and the wider school community.
  • Organised, reliable and committed to carrying out planning, preparation, assessment and marking responsibilities to a high standard.

Pay £130 - £170 a day, holiday pay is included in the day rate. Pay is dependent upon experience and the responsibilities expected to be carried out throughout the long term role.
