Part-Time Cover Supervisor - Role Responsibilities:- Supervise students across KS3 and KS4 classes
- Deliver pre-set lessons and ensure students remain on task
- Maintain a calm, focused, and productive classroom environment
- Follow school behaviour management and safeguarding policies
- A confident and professional classroom presence
- Ability to manage challenging behaviour effectively
- Minimum of 2 months' UK experience working with young people (schools, tutoring, coaching, youth work, mentoring etc.)
- Reliable, adaptable, and flexible approach to work
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Competitive daily rates: £93-£100 per day (dependent on experience and client rates)
- Weekly PAYE pay - no umbrella companies
- Ongoing support from experienced education consultants
