Key Stage 1 Teacher - Short-Term - Location: Calling all Key Stage 1 Teachers!📢 We are currently recruiting for an experienced and passionate Key Stage 1 teacher to join a welcoming school in the heart of Stafford; teaching a mixed Year 1 & 2 class on a short-term supply basis. Whether you are seeking day-to-day supply work, shorter/longer-term teaching roles we can provide opportunities to suit your availability, experience and career goals. This role in particular includes supporting a welcoming school on a full-time, short-term supply basis. As a Key Stage 1 Teacher, you'll be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, maintaining positive classroom environments and ensuring continuity of learning at all times. Deliver high-quality lessons in line with the Key Stage 1 National Curriculum. ✏️Quickly manage classroom behaviour effectively in accordance with school policies. ✏️Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of individual pupils and classes. ✏️Provide feedback on pupil progress and learning where required. ✏️Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents where appropriate. ✏️Promote and safeguard the welfare of children at all times. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential. 🌟This role is open to ECT's. 🌟Recent experience teaching within a primary school setting. 🌟Confidence teaching within a mixed Year 1 & 2 class. 🌟A flexible, professional and enthusiastic approach to teaching. 🌟Availability for day-to-day supply, short-term placements and/or long-term roles. 🌟Holds an enhanced DBS on the update service (or is willing to obtain one). 🌟Is able to commute to schools within Stafford/Penkridge/Cannock/Rugeley areas. 🌟Is fully registered (or willing to register) with Academics. Pay: £130 - £170 per day, depending on experience and assignment. Holiday pay is included in the daily rate.
