Academics Ltd. is currently recruiting for a Sports Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant secondary school in Swindon. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who is committed to enhancing students\’ educational experience and supporting their growth in both sports and academics.
Key Responsibilities for Sport Teaching Assistant:
• Collaborate with PE teachers to deliver engaging, creative lessons that inspire students to participate in sports and physical activities.
• Provide tailored support to individual and small groups of students to help them overcome physical and academic challenges.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment that encourages students to be active and engaged in their learning.
• Adapt your approach to meet the diverse learning needs of students in sports.
• Assist with sports events, tournaments, and extracurricular activities.
• Help with classroom management, organisation, and some administrative tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain sports techniques and activities in a simple and accessible way.
