Our highly regarded specialist school in Oxford are looking for an enthusiastic Specialist Teaching Assistant to join them ASAP.

In this role, you will provided specialised and tailored support to students who struggle with special educational and complex needs. Furthermore to this, these students also need support with their mental health and emotional needs.

This school are highly regarded and believe in promoting independence and focusing on life skills to ensure their students are best equipped for life after school! In this role as a special needs teaching assistant, you will develop and implement individual support plans in collaboration with educational staff, foster trusting and supportive relationships with students, promoting their well-being and resilience and monitor and track student progress and feedback.

To be considered for the role as special needs teaching assistant, you will need to be empathetic, come in with a positive attitude and be passionate about supporting special needs.

This specialist school are looking for a special needs teaching assistant to start as soon as possible. The role is full time, Monday to Friday and the position is long term.
