A fantastic opportunity is available for a psychology or criminology graduate (or experienced SEN behaviour support worker) to provide individualised support and restorative practices to children with complex needs in a specialist SEND school in Maldon.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver individualised support to children with complex needs.
  • Implement restorative practices and behaviour support strategies.
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Level 3 qualification or higher (psychology, criminology or related field).
  • Graduates are desirable.
  • Enthusiastic, patient and good communication skills.
  • Experience working with SEN and complex needs.
  • Ability to work flexibly within a team.
  • Good education background.
