An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to become part of a welcoming primary school in Southend-on-Sea. The Role
- Deliver high-quality lessons using pre-prepared planning across Reception to Year 6

- Holds HLTA status or has substantial experience working in a similar role
- Has previous experience covering classes within a primary school
- Is confident leading intervention programmes that support pupil progress
- Demonstrates strong communication and organisational skills
- Can build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and families
- Is flexible, proactive and enjoys working across different year groups
