Academics are looking for a hardworking and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Southampton office which is based in Ocean Village by the marina. We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team to take over and grow an existing desk with access to using clients and local candidates, working with primary schools across Southampton.

Whether you have previous recruitment experience, or are looking to kick-start your career, I would love to hear from you. You will be working in a supportive environment which also gives you the autonomy to develop your own career.

The suitable Recruitment Consultant will be someone who enjoys building new relationships with people, isn’t afraid to get on the phones and meet with candidates and clients face to face.
