Responsibilities
- Teach pupils in KS3βKS4 within a growing Alternative Provision environment.
- Adapt instruction to varying learning levels and needs, with a focus on SEMH (social, emotional and mental health) support.
- Establish positive relationships with pupils and manage behaviour effectively in settings with challenging behaviours.
- Collaborate with staff to support individual pupil progress and well-being.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in SEMH or similar special needs settings is preferred.
