About the role of Exam Invigilator:
- Attending regular briefings by the Exams Officer.
- Setting up examination rooms, and clearing away after the exam.
- Welcoming students into the exam hall and ensuring a positive, organised atmosphere.
- Recording attendance on the examination seating plans.
- Monitoring students during the examination period, ensuring there is no talking or disruption.
- Ensuring candidates obey the regulations of an examination room as laid out in the examination guidelines.
